We assess your company's current state and tell you what's already in place, what's missing, and how we can help. The assessment includes a roughly 2-hour interview and a review of your existing documents. Based on these, we prepare a report of risks and recommended fixes.
We also provide a quote for the fixes, and the assessment fee is credited in full toward any further work you choose. If you'd rather not proceed, we'll refund the assessment fee in full, as long as the engagement is cancelled before the report is delivered.
