Light service level for an organization that already has the basic data protection structure in place and whose needs focus on ongoing advisory support, annual reviews, and a designated point of contact.

 

Includes:

  • monthly short check-in

  • annual data protection status review with a written summary

  • ad hoc advisory support within the agreed hourly framework

    • max. 25 hours per year

  • assistance with data protection documentation

  • internal monitoring

DPOaaS

€25,000 / year or

€2,190 / month

A balanced service level for an organization that, in addition to a designated DPO, requires regular operational support for day-to-day data protection management.

Includes:

  • designated Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • monthly check-in with the internal owner

  • quarterly business/data protection review

  • annual privacy notice update

  • assistance with data protection documentation

  • a limited number of DPA/vendor assessments per year

    • max. 15 assessments per year

  • guidance and oversight of the DSAR process

  • one training session per year

  • limited support with regulatory correspondence

  • reserved capacity for data breaches

  • limited ad hoc advisory support

    • max. 15 hours per year

DPOaaS PRO

€60,000 / year or

€5,490 / month

A comprehensive service level for an organization that requires a deeper and more proactive DPO role for data protection governance, risk management, and operational implementation.

Includes:

  • designated Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • monthly meeting with management or the operational team

  • monthly check-in with the internal owner

  • quarterly risk review

  • maintenance and updates of data protection documentation (excluding DPIAs)

  • assistance with data protection documentation

  • a higher number of DPA/vendor assessments

    • max. 35 assessments per year

  • oversight of the DSAR process and partial handling support

  • product and feature assessments

  • support for customer and procurement questionnaires

  • two training sessions per year

  • support with regulatory correspondence

  • limited data breach on-call support

    • 20 hours of emergency response support

  • limited ad hoc advisory support

    • max. 15 hours per year

Data protection and GDPR training for companies

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) trainings for companies are important because they help organizations understand and comply with data protection regulations and ensure proper processing of personal data.

Example training:

Duration approx. 2.5h including 'Data Protection Basics' + Q&A at the end of the training.
